How Zignet works, and how to check it.
Everything here describes the plan before launch. Nothing is live yet, and the program is not audited. The rules below are what the program is being built to enforce.
Overview
Zignet is an AI stock desk on Solana. An agent runs a public book of tokenized stocks, paid for by the creator fees of $ZIGNET. Each plan is sealed onchain before the trade and opened at the fill, and the whole book is scored live against the S&P 500.
A track record is usually a claim. Screenshots, dashboards and backtests can all be picked after the result is known. Zignet makes a record that could not have been written afterwards.
- Every plan is hashed onchain before the trade
- Every plan must be opened or revealed, or it counts against the agent
- The program refuses any trade that breaks its limits
- Money enters through creator fees, so nobody deposits anything
- Anyone can check any trade in one click, without a wallet
How a trade runs
- Someone trades $ZIGNET on PumpFun or PumpSwap, and a creator fee is charged.
- The fee splits by itself: 75% to the Book, 23% to Ops, 2% to the Keeper Pool. The split is frozen at launch.
- A keeper sweeps the Book's SOL into USDC, inside an oracle price band.
- The Desk, the AI agent, writes a plan: asset, size, entry band, stop, target, expiry and reasons.
- A risk gate of fixed code reads the plan. A plan that fails is never sealed.
- Seal. The plan's hash goes onchain. Only the hash is public, and the slot stamps the time.
- Wait. At least 15 minutes must pass, by the network's own clock.
- Open. The plan is revealed in the same transaction as the trade. The program re-hashes it, runs 13 checks, then swaps through Jupiter into the Book.
- The position closes at its sealed stop, target or expiry. Any keeper can trigger that, and the agent cannot move them.
- Score. Book Value is compared with the Shadow Book, live.
What gets sealed
The plan's fields are serialized in a fixed order and hashed with SHA-256. Onchain at seal time you see the hash, the seal number, the slot and the expiry. Nothing else leaks.
- book
- This Book's address
- id
- Seal number, one higher each time
- asset
- The stock token's mint
- size_bps
- Share of Book value, 1,000 = 10%
- entry_low
- Lowest fill price accepted
- entry_high
- Highest fill price accepted
- stop
- Exit below this oracle price
- target
- Exit above this oracle price
- close_by
- Last second the position may stay open, unix time
- note_hash
- Hash of the full written reasoning
- salt
- 32 random bytes, private until opened
The salt stops anyone guessing a sealed plan by hashing likely tickers and sizes.
Seal states
- Sealed
- Hash onchain, plan private
- Opened
- Plan revealed, trade filled, later closed at stop, target or expiry
- Lapsed
- Entry band never reached, plan revealed after expiry to prove it was real
- Missed
- Never revealed within 24 hours of expiry. Anyone can mark it, and it stays on the record
Seal Rate = (Opened + Lapsed) / all seals past expiry. A perfect agent shows 100%, and every Missed seal lowers it for good.
Book Rules
These limits are code. They can only move through a 72-hour public timelock, and never past the hard maxima compiled into the program.

- Min cash in USDC
- 20% of Book value
- Max bought per day
- 25% of Book value
- Max seals per day
- 3
- Min wait, seal to open
- 15 minutes
- Max seal life

- 60 seconds or newer
- Second price source
- within 50 bps

Allow-list at launch
NVDA, TSLA, AAPL, GOOGL, AMZN, META, CRCL and MSTR. Each has a token, a session price, a second source to check it against, and depth for the Book's largest trade. SPYx is the benchmark and is never traded. Pre-IPO tokens stay out: no public session, no way to score them.
Check a seal by hand
You need no account, no wallet and no trust in the Zignet team or website.
- Open any trade, or read the seal's address directly on the chain.
- Copy the revealed plan and salt.
- Recompute SHA-256 in your browser, with the open script, or by hand.
- Compare the result with the hash stored in the seal's account.
- Compare the seal time and the open time to confirm the wait.
- Read the program state to confirm the size was inside the cap.
- Count the Missed seals.
From a terminal
xxd -r -p plan.hex | shasum -a 256Onchain the plan is 178 bytes, little-endian, in this order: book 32, id 8, stock mint 32, size 2, entry low, entry high, stop, target and close-by 8 each, note hash 32, salt 32. Prices are micro-USD. The sample on the landing page hashes the same fields as plain text so a reader can follow it.
Score
Every fee that reaches the Book also buys a pretend slice of SPYx at that moment's price. The Shadow Book never trades. Same money, same dates.
Book Value = USDC + each position x oracle price
Shadow Value = sum of (inflow / SPYx price at inflow) x SPYx price now
Edge = Book Value / Shadow Value - 1- Edge
- Book against the Shadow Book
- Seal Rate
- Seals opened or revealed, out of all due
- All-Seals
- Result if every revealed plan had filled
- Hit Rate
- Closed trades that ended up
A revealed plan that reached its band but was not opened counts in All-Seals at its paper result, so skipping a trade hides nothing.
Fees
Zignet charges no management fee, no performance fee and no deposit. The Book is paid by the creator fee on $ZIGNET trades. The split below is set once through PumpFun fee sharing, and that instruction revokes its own admin.
- 75%Book: the capital the agent trades
- 23%Ops: compute, data, audit, team, marketing
- 2%Keeper Pool: tips for sweeps, closes and marks
Creator fee schedule
Read from mainnet on 2026-11-01. PumpFun and PumpSwap set this schedule. A SOL-paired coin cannot change it, so no rate here is a choice Zignet made.

Exit (V2)
After an external audit and a legal review, any holder can burn $ZIGNET for a share of the Book, paid in USDC. Burned coins are gone for good.
Slice = Book Value x (burned / circulating) x 97%- 3% of every slice stays in the Book for those who remain
- Settles at the next live session's mark, so nobody can exit against a stale weekend price
- At most 2% of Book Value per day, first come first served
- Minimum burn: 100,000 $ZIGNET
- Paid in USDC, never in stock tokens
Exit may change or never ship. It is a calculation, and the Book can fall.
Sealed Calls and Open Seals
Sealed Calls (V2)
Holders use the same seal on their own account. A call costs 0.001 SOL and moves no money. It is scored by the same oracle and the same Edge as the Desk.
- Clerk
- First revealed call
- Scribe
- 10 calls, Seal Rate 100%
- Analyst
- 25 calls, positive Edge
- Notary
- 50 calls, positive Edge, no Missed seal
- Master
- Top 10 of a season, beat the Desk
Open Seals (V3)
Any agent can register a key, seal plans through the SDK or API for 0.002 SOL per seal, and reveal after trading from any venue. This mode is record-only: no custody, no vault, no limits. Agents rank publicly by Edge and Seal Rate.

Keys
- Operator key
- Seals and opens inside the limits. A stolen key can place bad trades, and it cannot take money out
- Guardian, 3-of-5 multisig
- Pauses new opens. Cannot touch money or change a rule
- Upgrade authority, 3-of-5
- 72-hour timelock, frozen for good after the audit and 90 quiet days
Risks
- The agent can lose money, and a sealed loss is still a loss.
- Issuers can act on stock tokens. Read from the HOODx mint on 2026-11-01: permanent delegate, freeze authority, pausable, scaled UI amount. No program on Solana can stop that.
- Stock tokens trade all weekend while the stocks behind them rest. A stop hit over a weekend fills in the next session, at the next live price.
- The program is not audited yet, so the Book stays small in its first weeks.
- Fee sharing to a program address must be proven on devnet before launch. If it fails, the Fee Inbox becomes a multisig.
- Oracles, routes and RPC can fail. The program stops, it does not guess.
- Stock tokens carry holder restrictions. They are not available to US persons or to people in other restricted regions, and the app blocks those regions.
FAQ
Do I have to deposit anything?
No. The Book is paid by creator fees. You can read the whole record without a wallet.
Does holding $ZIGNET give me a stock?
No. $ZIGNET is a utility token for access within the product. It gives no ownership of any company or stock.
Can the team change the fee split?
No. It is set once at launch, and that instruction revokes its own admin.
What happens over a weekend?
Nothing opens. A position can only open while the oracle is live, so the 60-second age limit shuts the door by itself.
Why not keep plans secret forever?
A hidden plan proves nothing. The seal keeps it private until the fill, then the whole plan goes public.
Zignet is experimental software and nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Digital assets are volatile and you can lose all of what you put in. Past results, sealed or not, say nothing about future results.
